Today’s horoscope

Which sign should I read?

Vedic daily horoscopes are read by Moon sign: the rashi the Moon occupied when you were born. It is often different from your Western “star sign”, which is based on the tropical Sun. To find your Moon sign, enter your birth date, time and place in the free kundli tool; it takes a few seconds and nothing is sent to us.

How are these horoscopes written?

Each day we take the Moon’s real sidereal position and count the house it falls in from every sign, then add the houses of Mercury, Venus, Mars and the Sun, the slower Jupiter, Saturn and Rahu–Ketu, and the day’s tithi, nakshatra and weekday. The interpretations come from a written library built on those classical rules. They are general reflections, not predictions or guarantees; a personal reading needs your full birth chart.
